It combines two forms of psychotherapy. Psychodrama uses dramatic action to free spontaneity blocked by earlier trauma. Bodywork uses Safe Touch to connect with what the body holds as pain, numbness or illness.
Blocked spontaneity from earlier traumas is unblocked and reintegrated through dramatic action methods.
Safe touching of numb, tense or painful areas, often leading to unexpressed emotions that can be released, freeing the body’s energy flow.
Susan Aaron’s unique integration of the two, and a powerful complement to diverse therapeutic modalities.
